Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace - Disney Springs Area Hotel Lake Buena Vista, Lake Buena Vista

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a great view of Disney Springs, but they were a bit small and expensive. The humid smell and toilet issues were a downside, and cleanliness could have been better. However, the location was fantastic for walking to Disney Springs, offering a superb spot close to shopping and dining options.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, although mine was by the elevator, so I could hear everything outside. I also had only one small window and was the only room without a balcony.

The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Disney Springs and a short drive to the Disney parks. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, needed upgrading and my specific room faced a tree, blocking the pool view. The service was top-notch, with helpful and professional staff who were knowledgeable and very accommodating. The dining experience was excellent, but the prices seemed a bit higher compared to chain restaurants. The best part of the hotel was its convenient location and friendly service.

Despite the run-down appearance and potential flooding issues, the hotel offers plenty of activities and good food. Construction noise was a downside during my stay, but overall, it provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.

The hotel has a convenient location for walking to Downtown Disney but experienced delays when driving due to traffic. There was a constant noise of the phone ringing for three days straight, which was quite distracting.
